Great for a long flight

I've been smoking more than 42 years and not planning to quit.I had to take two 12 hour flights recently and ordered these for the trips.They worked excellent to prevent cravings during the flight. Just follow the instructions, let them slowly dissolve on your tongue, it takes quite some time, don't chew or swallow.Airlines should really consider making these available on long flights.One person found this helpful

It definitely works

Not a bad replacement, cigarettes before lighting do smell a bit like cocoa, but after lighting they do have an odd smell and I noticed that the roof of my mouth and my tongue had a slight tingly feeling.

Good for cessation (if you actually want to quit)

Don't expect it to be exactly the same as a cigarette, but it has more 'throat hit' than most herbal smokes. Pretty tasty without the burning herb flavor. Enjoyable smoke. Tastes slightly of chocolate.
